Hi there! I'm Katie O’Sullivan, founder of MyDietitian.ie. With extensive experience as a senior CORU registered dietitian and a member of the Irish Nutrition and Dietetic Institute (INDI), I have worked both in hospital and private sectors in Ireland, including the prestigious institutions CHI at Temple Street and Cork University Hospital.
About
My nutrition journey started with a degree in Applied Psychology from UCC. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. I then pursued my passion further, graduating with first-class honours as a dietitian from DIT/Trinity College Dublin. My published paediatric research has been presented at national and international conferences, including IrSPEN and ESPEN.
